For the steak:-4 pieces of tenderized steak-1 teaspoon ginger-1 teaspoon garlic-½ teaspoon salt or to taste-1 teaspoon vinegar-1 teaspoon lemon juice-1 ½ tablespoons apricot jam-1 tablespoon oil-1 teaspoon butter-¼ teaspoon red masala-pinch of pepper-1 tomato(finely cubed) For the spicy potatoes:-1 new potatoes (drained and sliced)-¼ cup peas-¼ teaspoon Green masala-pinch of pepper-salt to taste-3 teaspoon fresh cream-1 teaspoon butter For the lemon butter sauce:-juice of ½ lemon-100g butter-1 cup fresh cream-½ teaspoon green masala-dried parsley-salt to taste-pinch of pepper-½ teaspoon sugar
Rice(washed,boiled,drained and moulded)
*Steak method:1.) Marinate steak with everything for atleast an hour (excluding the butter and tomatoes).2.) Melt butter in a pot on medium heat,add steak and a bit of hot water If needed - cook till half done and water is almost dry, lastly add the tomatoes and cook till steak is tender. *Spicy potatoes method:1.) Melt butter in a pan,add the peas,salt,pepper and green masala -cook for a bit then add the sliced potatoes and fresh cream. *Lemon butter sauce method1.)Melt butter in a pan,add the lemon juice,salt, pepper , sugar , parsley and green masala and cook for a bit2.)Add the cream and mix well, remove pan from the stove when the sauce has thickened.
