Preheat oven to 180°C. Start by creaming the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy about 3 - 5 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time along with the vanilla essence and mix until combined. Add the flour and baking powder. Using a wooden spoon or spatula, fold in the flour into the mixture until well combined. Lastly add boiling water and the milk. Mix well and make sure all the ingredients are combined together properly. Line your muffin tray with cupcake holder's. Then place a piece of Rolo chocolate in each cupcake holder. Then fill cupcake holders ¾ way full with batter. Bake until slightly golden on top for about 25-30 minutes.Remove from oven and allow to cool for few minutes.
INFO & TIPS
Mix together dessert cream and chocolate. Pour over cupcakes. Decorate as desired.
