Recipe is adapted from Rehana Parak @cookingqueens3.
1 kg chicken pieces 2 teaspoon ground garlic 1 teaspoon red masala½ teaspoon ginger garlic ½ teaspoon chillie powder½ teaspoon dhana Jheeru 2 tablespoon of Lemon juice½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon chicken spice 1 tablespoon orange pepper spiceLemon pepper ½ teaspoon white pepper 2 tablespoon oil(I find that the orange pepper spice has adequate salt in it so I don't add in any extra).
Sauce:4 tablespoon tomato purée2 tablespoon orange pepper spice3 tablespoon butter½ tablespoon Prego sauce ½ teaspoon garlic flakes A dash of any Nandos sauce that you have 2 tablespoon mayonaise.
Marinate chicken in the above spices and cook until halfway done Add in potatoes cut into long wedgesMix all the sauce ingredients together in a separate pot on the stove and heat it until butter melts Add in half of the sauce to you chicken and allow it to cook
When chicken is cooked, place into an ovenproof dish and pour over the remaining sauce Sprinkle crushed black pepper over grill for +-5-10 minutes.
I grilled my oranges by placing them fleshy side down onto a non stick, dry pan and switching the stove on high.
