RECIPE

1 cup flour2 teaspoons baking powderPinch salt1 tablespoon sugar1 egg150 ml milk2 tablespoons melted butter
Beat all ingredients till smoothI used a piping bag to make the minis Cook on low heatFry till golden on both sidesServe with golden syrup and milk or  fresh cream and fruit of your choice.
