4 filletsSaltPepper1 green pepper1 teaspoon fine coriander powder1 teaspoon fine cumin powder1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon fine green chillies1 small onion½ cup fresh coriander leaves Process all ingredients together.Form in seekh kebabs.Bake in preheated oven @ 180 for 7 minutes. Allow to cook. Now freezer suitable. When preparing allow to thaw. Brush with olive oil and cook in a pan. Serve with salad, raita and brown/whole-wheat toast triangles. Enjoy.
