INGREDIENTS
1/2kg steak cut into strips1 teaspoon lemon pepper½ teaspoon salt2 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon chilli powder1 large dishing out spoon tomato sauce1 large dishing out spoon mustard sauce2 tablespoon worst shire saucePinch of mustard powder2 tablespoon nandos garlic peri-peri saucenandos wild herb sauceNandos medium peri-peri sauce
METHOD
Cook steak till well done. Add saucesFry chips and toss with salt, chillies, vinegar and mayonnaise.In corning ware, set steak and top with chips and then lots of cheese.Bake @ 180 for 20 minutes.
