Pour some oil in pot sprinkle in some whole cumin, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, ¼ teaspoon Ajmo (Tymol seed) (dil seeds), Slice in 4 garlic cloves heat till garlic sizzles goes bit pinkish & mustard seeds pop, Slice in thinly 1 medium size cabbage add it in to pot with : 3 onions chopped Cover lid and let it cook.Cabbage will wilt down.Now add in 3 grated carrots mix them in.Add spices salt & chilli powder to your taste.1 teaspoon dhanna/Jeeru (Cumin) powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric mix keep lid off cook till fried & gone lovely brown lightly crispy on edges.Add in ½ cup frozen peas cook few minutes ready to serve with chapatis....😋
