50 g butter ¼ cup flour1 liter milk1 liter water1 -2 packet cream of chicken soup250ml fresh cream1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn500g cooked with ginger and garlic salt, black pepper chicken fillet (cubed)2 tablespoons heavy cream 2 teaspoon red chillies Salt (to taste)1 teaspoon White pepperCoriander for garnishing
Melt butter in pot, add flour and whisk ensuring no lumps are formed Add ½ amount of milk and water and whisk lightly Add in cream, corn, chicken and packet soup. Mix in. Then add in remainder milk, water and chillies & allow to come to a boil.
