INGREDIENTS
Lavash / soft flour tortillas350 g wheat flour200 g water1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon oil
Red onion SumacRed oniondhania (coriander) Whole Paprika / red pepper Salt Sumac spice Lemon juice
Chicken ghee (Clarified butter)Salt Pepper DhanajeerooTurmericLemon juice Nando's medium hot sauce
METHOD
Tortillas Add salt, vegetable oil and hot water to the flour.knead the dough with a spoon. When it has cooled down a little, you can continue kneading the dough with your hands.Let it rest for 20 minutes Divide into equal parts Fry in a dry skillet for 30 to 60 seconds flipping each side. Sprinkle each Tortilla with water, cover with cling wrap plastic and let sit for 10-20 minutes
Onion SumacChop and mix all the ingredients and spices and let it sit for a couple of hours to marinate
ChickenCook with all the spices. Once cooked add the Nando's sauce and let it cook for a further 5 minutes.
Assemble tortillas and drizzle with yogurt and mayonnaise white sauce

INFO & TIPS
Tortillas should be thin but not to thin or the filling will be too heavy and break the Tortilla.
Do not leave the tortillas too long when frying in the skillet or they will get crispy.
