250g butter ¾ cup castor sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla ess 1 ½ cups crushed corn flaked ½ cup sesame seeds flour as required to make a sift dough
Beat together the butter, sugar and vanilla ess until fluffy . add the corn flakes and sesame seeds . add flour as required to make a sift dough ( biscuits need to be hard and crispy when baked ) use a plastic in between dough to roll out thin , cut out ,bake at 180 degrees until don . leave in oven to crisp , cool and sprinkle with icing sugar .
