1.5 cups frozen corn¼ cup kidney beans½ red pepper cut in small cubes1 to 2 red chillies de-seeded and chopped into small pieces
METHOD
Boil the kidney beans till soft on the inside but still firm on the outside.In a separate pot or pan, add the corn and add water about ¾ way so that its not covered fully but just enough to cook the water. Cook till the corn is soft. Add more water if required.
