6 pieces chicken (serves 2- 3)
For chicken: 1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon chilli powder I teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon lemon and garlic bbq spice 1 cup yoghurt 1⁄2 cup milk
1 1⁄2 cupsPlain breadcrumbs 1 cup cup flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon mexican seasoning 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1⁄4 teaspoon thyme
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Marinate chicken with: 1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon chilli powder I teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon lemon and garlic bbq spice
Add yoghurt and milk and let stand for 3 hours.
Drain out milk/yoghurt and dip into flour, coating well. Then dip into egg and immediately into breadcrumbs.
Once all pieces are coated, plave into pyrex dish and pop into oven at 180 till chicken is done. (About 30 minutes but check with knife)
Sprinkle some dried parsley onto it and Serve hot with chips or potato bake or whatever you prefer!
