3 cheese and garlic mini pizza

4 cups flour
1 Packet yeast
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
1¼ cup boiling water
Crushed garlic cloves
Parsley for sprinkling
Combine dry ingredients, in mixing bowl.
Add half of the oil to the boiling water and add to the above to form a soft dough.
Knead the remaining oil until smooth. Cover and allow to rise until double in size. Punch Dough and knead slightly
Divide into 48 balls. Roll each ball, poke holes with fork.
Pre bake on 180 °c for 10 minutes.
Now freezer suitable.
Sprinkle a good amount of cheese on the pre baked base add some garlic and sprinkle parsley.
Bake for another 10 minutes minutes until cheese melted..
