1 litre milk1 teaspoon falooda powderSmall can nestle dessert creamAdd Condensed milk to taste2 tablespoon custard powder (make a paste with milk)½ cup fresh cream (add more)+- 2 Bananas (cut in rings) Heat milk add the falooda powder add few drops of Banana essence (optional)Make a paste with custard powder and milkWhen the 1 litre milk is hot add custard pasteWhen mixture begins to boil let it be slight thick remove from heat and add the nestle dessert creamLast add the condensed milk taste to adjust the sweetness Beat well with a beaterRefrigerate to set(must be softish like falooda)When cold and set Whip up the fresh cream add 1Tblsp icing sugar mix stir and beat Pipe or just spoon over the dessert Add sliced bananas rings That has been brushed with melted apricot jam can or chocolate flake(Banana syrup is also an option)
