125g butter1 cup brown sugar2 eggs5ml bicarb5ml vanilla4 medium bananas500ml cake flour10ml baking powder125ml hot water125ml chopped nuts (of choice)
METHODCream butter & sugar. Add eggs one by one & beat well. Add vanilla. Dissolve bicarb in water. Blend bananas & water in liquidiser. Sift flour, salt & baking powder together. Stir banana mixture & dry ingredients alternately into creamed mixture. Beat 1 minutues.Lastly stir in nuts. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake @180*Cup for 30-minutes or till done.
