INGREDIENTS
Seperate 5 eggs Beat egg yolks with ¾ cup sugar and 1 teaspoon v essence till light and creamy Sift one cup flour, 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder and set asideTo the egg yolks add 50g melted butter. ⅓ cup milk and sifted flour mixture an beat till combined nicely In a seperate bowl beat the egg whites with ¼ cup sugar till white and stiff Fold ¼ of egg whites into yolk mix and then the rest of egg white Pour into a greased Pyrex dish at 180 degrees till done
METHOD
When done cool completely then poke Holes all over cake with skewerMake the 3 milk mixture with-300 mls freshcream 1 tin condensed milk1 tin ideal milk2-3 tablespoon NutellaMix and pour over cakeLet it set for few hours then spread sweetened freshcream over and drizzle Nutella on topRefrigerate for an hour or two before serving
