-1 cup magnidaar (washed and drained) -1 small onion(chopped) -3 whole green chilli -1 teaspoon salt -¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) -¼ cup finely chopped fresh green dhania (coriander) -½ teaspoon green masala -¼ green pepper(finely sliced)-optional -½ teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) powder(optional) -1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1.) Mix all of the magnidaar ingredients together and transfer to a heated non stick pot , add ¼ cup of boiled water to just about cover the magnidaar and cover with a lid, steam on low heat till done.
