1 litre milk2 teaspoon custard powder1 teaspoon ghas powder½ tin nestle cream½ tin condensed milk½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder½ cup crushed Vermicelli 4 teaspoon sago soaked in little water
Bring milk, custard and ghas powder to boil with soaked sago and Vermicelli. Once boiled, stir in Elachi (cardomom) powder, nestle cream and condensed milk. Pour into individual bowls or a pyrex dish. Decorate as desired. Refrigerate and serve 😋
