Melt butter in pot with whole Elachi (cardomom) & cinnamon sticks. Add milk and bring to boil, stirring. Add food coloring and sugar to the milk & stir. Remove the pot from the stove & add taystee wheat slowly, avoiding lumps. Lower heat & put pot back onto the stove. Add beaten eggs to mix. Stir continuously. Add Almonds and mix. Allow to simmer for +- 10 minutes, stir occasionally. Remove from stove, add Elachi (cardomom) powder.
