I'm not one to get fancy with the spices. So if I post or heart a recipe, chances are you won't have to go to the grocery store because it's definitely simple, easy and tastes DE-licious!

INGREDIENTS
500g jungle taystee wheat 1l milk250g butter 6 eggs beaten3 broken pieces Cinnamon stick4 Elachi (cardomom)½ teaspoon yellow coloring ¼ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder 1 ¼ Cup sugar Almonds finely choppedNestlé cream (optional)
METHOD
Melt butter in pot with whole Elachi (cardomom) & cinnamon sticks.
Add milk and bring to boil, stirring.
Add food coloring and sugar to the milk & stir.
Remove the pot from the stove & add taystee wheat slowly, avoiding lumps.
Lower heat & put pot back onto the stove. Add beaten eggs to mix. Stir continuously. Add Almonds and mix.
Allow to simmer for +- 10 minutes, stir occasionally.
Remove from stove, add Elachi (cardomom) powder.
INFO & TIPS
Serve with cream (optional)
