1 cup taystee wheat
½ cup ghee (Clarified butter)
2 tablespoon rose syrup
½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
1 ½ cups boiling water
2 to 2 ½ cups milk
½ tin ( or more if desired) condensed milk
½ cup chopped turkish delight
Braise taystee wheat in ghee (Clarified butter). Add boiling water and keep stirring so no lumps form. Then add milk and rose syrup and continue to stir. Once Sojee (semolina flour) is almost cooked add Elachi (cardomom) powder and condensed milk. Lastly mix in turkish delight. Garnish with few chopped turk is delight and ground pistas and nuts.
