I'm not one to get fancy with the spices. So if I post or heart a recipe, chances are you won't have to go to the grocery store because it's definitely simple, easy and tastes DE-licious!

INGREDIENTS
2kg meat340g potatoes340g sliced onionsegg yellow coloring 340g tomato diced 134g ginger garlic200ml oil34g chillie powder17g dhania (coriander) powder17g jeera powder17g tumeric20ml (1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon) Elachi (cardomom) powder10ml (2 teaspoon) cinnamon powder4 ml (less than 1 teaspoon) clove powder2.5ml (½ teaspoon) black pepper powder14g crushed chillies10ml (2 teaspoon) whole jeera Salt to taste 670g plain yoghurtHandful dhania (coriander) 2 tablespoon thyme
METHOD
-Add oil to hot pot. Drop in onions.
-When onions START to brown, add ginger garlic and all spices and mix quickly.
-Drop in the tomatoes and mix quickly. Don't let masala burn.
-Drop in plain yoghurt and salt for everything.
-Drop in dhania (coriander) and thyme and mix all together.
-Drop in the meat and half cup water. Cover and cook on medium heat stirring occasionally.
-When meat is halfway done, add the colored potatoes and more water if needed.
-Simmer until done. When oil comes to the top, it usually is cooked.
-Garnish with dhania (coriander) and serve with roti/naan/rolls.
INFO & TIPS
I measured the ingredients precisely using a scale and measuring spoons so Im not sure how to convert everything to tblsp.
