3 Eggs separated
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup smooth cottage cheese
1⁄3 cup cake flour
1)Mix the egg yolks and sugar together well.
2)Add the vanilla essence and the cottage cheese,
3)Fold in the flour
4)In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites til
frothy and then fold into the cottage cheese
5)Heat a pan, oil lightly and dollop the batter,
make circles of about 7-10 cm. Or whatever you
prefer. Cook like you would a normal pancake.
