INGREDIENTS
1 slab of cadbury dairy milk chocolate.. 50g(half of)Bournville Dark Chocolate... 2 eggs separated
1 cup(250ml)cream,lightly whipped
METHOD
Lightly grease a loaf tin or freezer proof container...Melt the chocolate in the microwave..Remove and allow to cool slightly.. Add the egg yolks to the chocolate mixture and stir well.. Using an electric mixer beat the egg whites in a small bowl until soft peaks form.. Stir a third of the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture.. Then gently fold in the remaining egg ehites and cream.. Spoon into the prepared loaf tin or container.. Freeze for 3 hours or overnight untill firm.. Serve with raspberries or strawberries or just like that
