INGREDIENTS
250ml(1 cup)sugar
125ml(1/2cup) water
1 can(379g) nestle condensed milk
1 can water
2 cans milk
4 eggs
10 ml vanilla essence
METHOD
1.preheat oven to 180 degrees
2.place sugar and water into a saucepan
and heat
sugar to dissolve.(until lightly brown)
bring to boil coo until it becomes caramel
in
color.pour immediately into 2 Lt oven poof
dish.do
carefully as caramel is verrrry hot.
3.whisk remaining ingredients together and
pour
through a sieve into caramel lined dish.
4.place in a other dish with warm
water,carefully
place in oven,bake for 1-1 ½ hours until
set,switch off oven,then chill before
turning out
and serving.
