1 cup macaroni - boiled1 carrot (grated fine)½ green pepper ( grated)Salt to taste½ teaspoon black pepper1 tablespoon oil1 tablespoon mayo ( can add more )1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)½ teaspoon Chilli powder¼ teaspoon parsley¼ teaspoon origanum1 tablespoon vinegar½ tablespoon sugar
Mix together and serve cold. decorate with pecan nuts
