1 kilo chicken (cubed)
500g penne pasta (boil & set aside)
2 ½ teaspoon chilli paste
2 level teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) (cumin)
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) (turmeric)
2 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
2 teaspoon garlic
Melt butter.Add in spices with chicken and cook till done.
4 tablespoon tomato paste
6 tablespoon mustard sauce
6 tablespoon tomato sauce
6 tablespoon chilli garlic sauce (I used Maggie sauce)
4 teaspoon robertsons mixed herbs
Mix well and braise for a few minutes.stir at regular intervals.Add 2 cups grated cheese,2 cups fresh cream & 1 ½ cups milk.
Mix well & add boiled pasta.simmer on low heat and serve hot.I serve this pasta straight out from the pot.If you want to prepare in advance cook chicken with all the sauces and set aside.Add pasta just before serving and simmer on low heat.
