125 g soft Butter¼ Cup Oil¼ Cup Mazina¾ Cup Icing sugar 1 tablespoon Klim or any milk powder (optional :it makes a difference) Vanilla essenceMix the butter and oil together add the vanilla essence beat wellAdd the Sifted icing sugarAdd the Sifted mazinaMixGradually add 1 Cup- 1-& ¾ cup of Sifted flourMake a soft doughMake 2 logs wrap in grease proof paper keep in freezer for a while lije +-10 minutes it to Firm up a bit so u can cut the blocks Cut into the blocks like for Eet sum mor shapeBake at 180* for 15-20 minutes Depending on your oven or until done. Cool and keep in an airtight Container Enjoy 😋
