INGREDIENTS
1 Cup sour milk4 Cups flour4 Tablespoon oil 2 Eggs1 Cup fresh milk1 Cup fresh cream8 Tablespoons sugar 8 teaspoons baking powder
Or you can just use self raising flour and omit the baking powder😇
METHOD
Whisk together the eggs and sugars. Sift dry ingredients and add to the egg mixture .Make your miracle soft dough. Roll or pat down and using a glass or scone cutters , cut out scones. Dress with an egg wash ( beaten egg yolk and a little milk ). Bake in a preheated oven ( 180 deg) until beautifully risen and golden brown tops.
INFO & TIPS
Leave the dough thick , you are not trying to achieve a perfectly flat and round roti here🥳 halve the mixture if you are just making for the family and not the extended family.
