Whisk together the eggs and sugars. Sift dry ingredients and add to the egg mixture .Make your miracle soft dough. Roll or pat down and using a glass or scone cutters , cut out scones. Dress with an egg wash ( beaten egg yolk and a little milk ). Bake in a preheated oven ( 180 deg) until beautifully risen and golden brown tops.
