INGREDIENTS
1 bunch spinach1 onionjeeru (cumin)ChilliesCurry leavePaneer½ teaspoon black pepper½ teaspoon lemon pepper¼ teaspoon garlic pepper¼ garlic and herb¾ teaspoon salt5 tablespoon fresh cream
METHOD
1. Fry paneer cubes both sides in very little oil2. Braise onion with jeeru (cumin), chillies, curry leave and ginger and garlic 3. Once braised grind the onion mixture 4. Add in all the spices and let it braise with little water5. Add in the cut spinach and let it cook6. Add in the fried paneer and lastly add fresh cream
