Mediterranean Chicken

RECIPE
1 cut up washed Chicken Pieces (Skin off)Place in pot and let it steam till colour changes (+-5 to 8 minutes) Remove from let it coolThenMarinate Chicken for few hoursWith+-½ Cup Mediterranean marinade (country Gold) (or use yoghurt and mayo mix) 2 tablespoon Olive oil1 tablespoon Lemon juice+-¾ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon dhana jeera powder1 Full tablespoon Lemon pepper1Tblsp Crushed green 1 heaped teaspoon Green Garlic 1 small piece tuj (cinnamon stick) And also dash of cinnamon powder 1 cloves or use pinch of Clove powderThyme Let it cook on stoveWhen almost doneAdd ½ cup nestle dessert cream or fresh cream (Optional) Cook further till its moist and no gravyGarnish if u prefer with Chopped Green dhania (coriander) Serve With sides : Chunky veges (Optional) add ½ cup cream cook till dry And Roti or Rolls
