Boil potatoes in its skin until soft...Drain and put in pyrex...smash the potatoes with the back of a spoon..In a pan melt:2 ounces (60g )butter1 large onion gratedGreen pepper cubedCrushed garlicGreen chilli garlic masalaSprinkle of basilSprinkle of thyme1 tablespoon mayyonaise2 tablespoon milkSalt to taste½ teaspoon lemon pepper½ teaspoon lemon and herb spiceSprinkle of Freshly ground b.pepper.Cool on low heat for few minutes...spoon over the potatoes.. sprinkle alot of cheese..and grill for 5 minutes in the oven...
