INGREDIENTS
125g butter3/4c sugar2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla2 teaspoon baking powder Flour as needed
1L milk4 tablespoon heaped custard powder1 can condensed milk2 tablespoon cornflour (mixed with a bit of water)
METHOD
Cream butter and sugarAdd in eggs, then add vanilla and baking powder and enough flour to make a soft doughMake 6 balls and roll outBake at 180 till pale but done
Custard:Mix all ingredients then put on stove and mix till it thickensDivide into 3 bowls and color as desiredSpread alternating layers on the baked biscuitsAllow to set in fridge for a couple hours or preferably overnightDecorate as desired
