INGREDIENTS
I used 2x fillets of chicken cubed because we don't like too much chicken1 ¹/² teaspoon green masala1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon crushed gingerSalt and pepper adjust accordingly½ teaspoon lemon pepper1 tablespoon spoon lemon juice2 teaspoon fine dhana½ teaspoon fine Jeeru (Cumin)½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)2 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter)2 cans creamstyle sweet corn2 packet knorr thick veg soup mixed with 2ltrs water2 tablespoon white onion soup (make a paste with little water)250ml fresh cream½ cup of milk
METHOD
Add butter/ghee (Clarified butter) to pot with whole Jeeru (Cumin)Mix all spices together and add to pot and braise for a few minutesThen add chicken and cook with little water for about 25 minutesNext add sweet cornThen add the soup mixture and the white onion pasteLastly add fresh cream and milk Simmer for abt 10 minutes till it thickens slightlyEnjoy with toast or croutons 😋
