My Easy Different style
Serves 15-20 small bowls
RECIPE
Wash and Peel Clean and Grate on small side of grater2 Kg CarrotsAdd to pot with ¼ cup waterSteam slightly Drain and remove and coolThe Carrots must be visible In a flat potAdd 125 g Butter ¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter) (can use only ghee (Clarified butter)) IAdd Cinnamon sticks Elachi (cardomom) podsAlmonds Pistachios etcAdd Carrots and braise AddSaffron infused in little boiling Water (add Few drops Egg yellow colouring NOT TOO MUCH AS CARROTS GIVES OFF LOVELY ORANGE COLOUR 1 tiny drop of red food colour to get a nice dark orange lookFreshly Crushed Elachi (cardomom) (Little) With ¾ Cup Milk (I use this little amount of Milk) And +- 1 Cup Sugar or Condensed MilkBraise till almost dry Add ¼ Cup Tastee Wheat (Can use Semolina) ½ cup Klim Powder ¼, cup Dessicated Coconut Cook stir Add 1 Can Nestle Dessert cream (Keep little aside for Garnish) ADJUST THE SUGAR TASTE When Ready to Serve Sprinkle almonds pistachios etc on each Serving Bowl and drizzle of Cream over Enjoy
