INGREDIENTS
2 cups self raising flour ¾ cup plain yougurt
METHOD
In a bowl, sift self raising flour. Take ¾ cup plain yogurt mix into a doughSalt optional, I add salt in filling. Cling wrap in a bowl allow rest for 12-15 minutes. Once the dough bulked, remove and place on a floured surface roll out a large roti. Using the cutter, or the rim of a glass cut out rounds. Add sauce or tomotoe paste, add filling of choice. Chicken and mushroom, tricoloured peppers or shredded saucy steaks. On a preheated tawa, toast these, top with cheddar or mozzarella cheese,
Pop into a hot oven for cheese to melt.
Serve hot with dips or sauce. Ideal for Ramadaan Iftaar /Boeka treat.Handy TipsPrepare your filling in advance, make your mini pizza dough instantly saves time. Add sauce, filling of choice grated cheese, pop in oven just before serving.
