2 ½ cups klim1 L milk2 ½ teaspoon agar agar (falooda powder)2 tablespoon custard powder1 can condensed milk ½ cup cream 3 tablespoon cream cheese 1 tablespoon Elachi (cardomom) powder½ teaspoon rose essence 2 drops Elachi (cardomom) essence
In a bowl mix together klim, 1 cup of milk, agar agar (falooda powder) and custard powder. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, then add in the klim mixture. Mix with a whisk to prevent any lumps. When mixture starts to thicken, take off the heat. Now add in the condensed milk, cream cheese, Elachi (cardomom) powder, Elachi (cardomom) essence and rose essence. Pour into a dish and leave to set in the fridge. Garnish with almonds and rose petals.
