1 small tin nestle cream
¼ cup ground almonds
3 cups icing sugar
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon fine Elachi (cardomom)
Mix klim and nestle cream. Grind in coffee grinder. Add in ground almonds and elachie powder.
Simmer icing sugar and milk and butter for 15 minutes.
Add to klim mixture. Pour into tray. Sprinkle coloured Badaam. Cut into shapes.
