500g klim
1 x 155g nestle cream (small)
100g ground almonds
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
Mix all of the above in magimix. Should resemble breadcrumbs.
Syrup
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 cup icing sugar
125gr butter
Rose essence
Bring water and sugars to boiling point. Add butter allow to melt. put few drops of essence and add to klim. Mix well.
