250g butter ½ cup oil 1 cup icing sugar 1 cup maziena ½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder Drop of rose essence Enough flour to form a dough
Cream butter and icing sugar. Add oil and beat. Add the rest of the ingredients and form a soft dough. Nozzle / Cut into desired shapes. Bake at 160 degrees celsius. Once cooled top with milky bar chocolate mixed with a drop of rose essence and a drop of Elachi (cardomom) essence. Decorate with coloured badaam. Enjoy!
