Marinate chicken fillet with ⅓ cup yoghurt ½ teaspoon Robertson chicken spice 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon paprika or chillie powder ½ teaspoon Tobasco sauce Salt Pepper
To crumb Dip fillet in egg, then in Southern coating (hot) and then in Kellogg’s crumbs. Fry till golden brown.
Zinger sauce 3 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 teaspoon mustard sauce¼ teaspoon chilli powder ¼ teaspoon tobasco
METHOD
Assembly you burger according to your preference.
INFO & TIPS
If you love cheese, Add cheddar cheese slice on top of the zinger fillet, place in the oven for a few minutes so that the cheese melts just alittle.
