600g cream cheese, room temperature 225g caster sugar 4 eggs Pinch salt 300g whipping cream 1 teaspoon. Vanilla 40g flour
Line a baking tin with over lapping.Beat cream cheese till soft then add sugar and beat well now add 1 egg at a time and a pinch of salt. Now add whipping cream and vanilla and beat on medium to high till combined. Add in the flour and beat will till combined. Pour the batter into the prepared tray and bake in a preheat oven at 200c for 50 - 60 minutes. ENJOY 😉
