Half a bag or pre bought gnocchiI bought from @aldiuk @woolworthsa also stocks them they easy an convenientJust boil in in salted water wen they come up to the surface boil for an additional 3min an drain (save some pasta water)
1 punnet button mushrooms1 tablespoon butter1 teaspoon garlic crushed1 teaspoon crushed green chilli paste1 tablespoon steers mustard sauce1 teaspoon ground Black pepper 1 teaspoon dried parsley Salt to taste150 ml double cream150 ml milk 2 teaspoon corn flour
METHOD
Slice mushrooms An fry in a pan till all water dries off add in the green chilli, garlic, steers sauce, salt, pepper an parsley An fry for a few minutes Add the double cream an mix the milk with corn flour an add to the mushrooms allow to cook together an thickenTaste for salt an chilli an adjust accordingly
Add your drained gnocchi to a pot with your saved pasta water an your mushroom sauceCook till well infusedEnjoyRemember me in your duas Xx
