My Style made Differently
RECIPE
Clean remove the thin strip and split into 2 and open the bean (I steamed 2 cups full of cleaned)
3 tablespoon oil2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 small finely chopped onion Little mustard and little whole jeera seeds1 teaspoon Crushed Garlic ½ teaspoon Ginger garlicFew Curry leaves 2 Torn up Red dry chilli1 grated Tomato 3 tablespoon Tomato Puree1 teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix1 teaspoon Kashmiri Masala Salt to tasteMethodHeat oil and ghee (Clarified butter) Add Onions and sauteAdd the torn Red ChilliThe Garlic and the Ginger garlic paste with Curry leaves Braise Add all the tumeric.. Dhana Jeera and salt Braise Add the Tomato and Puree Cook few minutes Add the Walor cook (I steamed it ) Braise Adjust the Chilli and salt taste I also added 1 tablespoon Tomato Sauce (Ketchup) this is optional but it gave a lovely taste to the WalorGarnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander) Serve with Rotis
