INGREDIENTS

2 Bananas, mashed2 Eggs3x teaspoon Melted Butter1 teaspoon Vanilla essence1 & ½ Cup Cake flour1 Heap teaspoon Baking powder2 teaspoon Sugar1 Cup Milk or Almond milk¼ Cup water1 & ½ teaspoon maizena (corn flour)

METHOD

Mix the eggs, milk, butter, essence in mixing bowl. Add in the mashed bananas & mix well... add the rest of the dry ingredients. Set aside for 10 minutes. Add oil in a frying pan & fry for 2 minutes on each side, flipping once.Delicious with Cinnamon sugar, yogurt & sliced banana.

Add chocolate chips, strawberries slices & strawberry yogurt.
