RECIPE
125g butter1⁄2 cup oil1 & ¼ cup sugarBeat together
4 eggsAdd in 1 at a time1 cup milk3 cups self-raising flour1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon vanilla1 teaspoon fine Elachi (cardomom) powder½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) essence
Add the rest of ingredients.Pour into bundt pan and bake for ± 1 hour
Once baked allow to cool
Burfee glace
½ cup icing sugar½ cup nespray1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder1 teaspoon melted butter2 tablespoons hot milk
Mix all ingredients together. Add milk as needed. Pour over cake and decor with coloured almonds.
