Low Fat Cottage Cheese
2 x Tubs Cottage Cheese2 x Tins Condensed Milk¼ Cup Lemon Juice1 teaspoon Essence1 packet Chocolate Coating Shortbread or any Chocolate Biscuits or Oreo.1 packet Marie Biscuits
Crumble the Marie Biscuits in food processor. Add to bottom of your pyrex dish. Beat the rest of the ingredients until smooth & pour this cheesecake mixture on top of your biscuit.Top with the yummy Chocolate Shortbread biscuit. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Optional - Sprinkle a Peppermint chocolate if you prefer.
