Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem

2 tablespoon coca
2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
½ cup oil
½ cup warm water
Beat together then add...
1 cup flour
1 cup castor sugar
21/2 teaspoon baking powder
5 egg yolks
Beat together till smooth. Egg whites should be beaten till stiff. Then
fold in whites and add
45g aero (chopped in small pieces), pour in pan and bake on 180 for bout 20 minutes or till done

Ganache
100gr dairy milk choc
¼ cup milk or fresh cream
Melt on low heat stirring all the time, leave to cool then pour over cake and decorate wit aero...
*aero mint can also be used
