Queen Cakes

INGREDIENTS

125g butter 1 cup castor sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essence 3 eggs 2 cups flour3 teaspoon baking powder ½ cup milk

METHOD

Beat butter and sugar till light and creamy. Add in vanilla essence. Add in eggs one at time beating well after each edition. Alternate flour and milk and add in baking powder.Put into cupcake tins and sprinkle 100's and 1000's or leave plain bake at 180 for about 15-20 minutes (till nice and golden)Makes 18
