Fererro Cupcakes 😍

INGREDIENTS

Cake ingredients:
½ cup boiling water
12 ferrero'S
6 tablespoon cocoa powder
¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon Nutella
100g softened butter
10tblspns Brown sugar
6tblspns white sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup cake flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Ganache ingredients:
1 big slab Dairymilk
1 tablespoon Nutella
1 small tin nestle extra thick cream

To decorate:
12 ferrero's
Gold leaves or green cherries
Gold dust

METHOD

1.)bowl 1- whisk boiling water,Nutella and cocoa powder till smooth,add the vanilla essence an milk to this mixture and keep aside.
2.)bowl 2 - beat butter and sugar(brown and white) till fluffy,then beat in eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
3.)bowl 3 - sift flour,add baking powder,bicarbonate and salt.
4.) add bowl 3 ingredients to bowl 2 and mix well.
5.)lastly add bowl 1 ingredients to bowl 2 and mix till a cake like batter is formed.
6.)divide batter equally between 12 cupcake cases (¼ way and place a fererro in the centre) then top with more batter and bake at 180degrees for about 18-20mins.
7.)remove from oven and leave to cool.

Ganache:
1.)melt Dairymilk and Nutella in a glass bowl over a pan of boiling water.
2.)remove from cooker and whisk in the nestle cream.
3.)spoon over cupcakes and decorate as desired.

In cake ingredients:
-Swap cocoa powder for Klim
-swap Nutella for bounty spread
-swap 12 ferrero's for 12 raffaello's

In ganache ingredients:
-swap Dairymilk for milkybar
-swap Nutella for bounty spread

To decorate:
-swap 12 ferrero's for 12 raffaello's
