INGREDIENTS
1 pack Marie biscuits crushed60g butter melted
Combine above and press into the base of a springform pan
4 ½ cups milk1 can condensed milk1 teaspoon vanilla3 eggs80ml cornflour
METHOD
Heat together the milk and condensed milk, then add in vanillaMeanwhile, whisk together eggs and cornflourOnce milk is heated through, add the egg mixture, keep stirring to prevent lumps formingWhen mixture reaches a custard consistency remove from stove top and pour over prepared base - allow to cool, then set in the fridge preferably overnightBefore serving dust with cinnamon and top with crumbled Marie biscuits
